Refund Policy

At SixPlates LLC FZ, we are committed to creating thoughtfully curated social dining experiences. Because each dinner is tailored and reserved based on confirmed attendance, we maintain the following refund policy:
1. Refunds for Single Dinner Purchases
You may request a full refund for a purchased dinner seat up to 48 hours before the scheduled dinner time. After that window, we are typically unable to issue refunds, as restaurant reservations and group pairings are finalized in advance.
2. Rescheduling and Missed Events
If you are unable to attend and notify us after the 48 hours deadline has passed, we will do our best to accommodate a rescheduling to a future dinner. This is subject to availability and at the discretion of our team.
No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows.
No-shows affect other patrons at our dinners and the overall quality of the experience we at SixPlates wish to ensure for our guests. While we understand life happens, uncommunicated no-shows will result in a permanent ban from our platform.
3. Refunds for Technical Issues or Platform Errors
In the rare case of a billing error, duplicate transaction, or technical glitch, please reach out to our support team. We will review and resolve such issues promptly.
4. Cancellations by SixPlates
If a dinner event is canceled by us for any reason you will receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
5. How to Request a Refund
You can cancel a booking for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled dinner. Simply login to your user area and cancel the booking under the MY BOOKINGS tab.
All eligible refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
